About Me
Natalie Douglas is an Australian horn player, educator, and researcher. She attended the Queensland Conservatorium Griffith University in Brisbane, Australia, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Music with first-class honours. Natalie frequently performs with the Queensland Symphony Orchestra, Sinfonia of St Andrews,Orchestra Corda Spiritus, and the Teapot Trio.
Natalie is an enthusiastic music educator who enjoys sharing her love of music and brass playing with her students at All Saints Anglican School, St Hilda’s School, and within her private studio.
She is also passionate about researching and improving career outcomes for brass players and is currently undertaking a Doctor of Philosophy at the Queensland Conservatorium Griffith University.
